Speed Eats Power

Explaining time: In MHST, most attacks are classified as Speed, Tech, or Power - with one beating another. Speed beats Power, Power beats Tech, Tech beats Speed in a rock paper scissors style. Iodrome (Left) and Great Baggi (Right) are both Speed-users, and Stygian Zinogre and Brachydios - their respective meals - are Power-users.
While I would not recommend trying to do High Rank with these two, because Capcom shafted them both with craptastic stats despite showing up way too late for them to matter anymore, they can with some effort last you most of if not the entire Low Rank game. Including the last three bosses before the final fight: Stygian Zin, Brachydios, and Deviljho. It's still not easy though.
