Hell

I've decided to work on a remake of a video I made in 2009, debunking the concept of hell itself, but deleted the video in 2011 due to music copyright during a time when YouTube was less forgiving about that sort of violation. The video is poorly done, as I was still learning very much, and it could also use additional arguments, like the evolution of hell throughout history. In the video, I attempt to explain how pain works, how it's purely mechanical and relies on physical systems that stop working when you die. I explain that a soul cannot be used to feel pain, because there are people with conditions that leave them unable to feel pain, so how is that possible if they have souls? Opioid drugs affect pain also, even if you have a soul.
Beyond this, though, I'd like to explain how modern concepts of hell actually evolved from pagan beliefs, and classical antiquity. Once again, we see how Christianity, and in turn Islam, have adopted concepts from the religions they've shunned and destroyed. I want to help stop people from fearing this fantasy that is used to control them.
