Saul saves some of the animals, however, to be sacrificed to God. So, because Saul didn't kill the animals right away, God rebukes Saul, sends an evil spirit to torment him, and rejects him as king.
A couple of you have pointed out that Saul is supposed to be tall & handsome, but I thought it would be funny to make him into a Joe Pesci gangster character who influenced the "tall & handsome" verse. Trust me; I've got that part covered, but I really do appreciate the input regardless. If you have any more criticisms, keep them coming, because there might still be mistakes that have flown under my radar.
