If you're going to watch one piece don't do it dubbed, that is the one show, I can't take seriously in dub.

2020-05-05 00:09:18 +0000 UTCye this was a high quality one, great development on Sakura, it was a great idea creating Sasame's character as like a mirror for Sakura and also thanks to her she managed to move forward :) we got some typical Orochimaru nastiness :D you now know why this Orochimaru hideout we have been seeing throughout the first series is gone :) Orochimaru and Kabuto were there at first but after he killed those 2 from the Fuuma clan they left and substituted for Kagerou and Arashi :) exactly these add depth, development, information, fill in some holes, they are canon for the story manga simply didnt have time to do it all but the anime was able to do it :) as Jiraiya said at the end, that adventure was not pointless :)

2020-05-01 18:52:08 +0000 UTCYou guys hit the nail on the head at the end there. These episodes aren't "canon" to the manga but they are to the show. Especially in Shippuden where there are times that the fillers are pretty well integrated, there are times where stuff from the filler arcs make it into canon. I personally hate how people say fillers aren't canon since the anime and manga are different mediums with their own changes already. If people want the "canon" experience then JUST read the manga, otherwise the anime is pretty much it's own continuity. I find the fillers flesh out characters who don't get it in the source material and give the world some more context.

2020-03-19 20:33:38 +0000 UTCThe date changes up a bit. Generally speaking Tues/Wed 8-pm EST. He said before too he might try different days/times so he can accommodate the diff timezones. So i wouldnt count on waiting for a permanent set date since it will possibly change depending on many factors.

If there are fillers that I'd rec the Normies to watch as a group from the OG Naruto then I'd rec episodes 148-151, episode 186 and episodes 216-220. Shippuden has much better fillers.
