So Nahid's comments comparing Goku to Deku got me thinking how strong is Goku, now I don't mean how powerful is Goku. he can blow up planets with minimal effort if he uses ki blasts, I mean how much weight can Goku actually lift. So there is a scene at the beginning of the Buu saga where Goku is training with weights on each arm and leg, King Kai says the weights are 2 tons each so 8 tons total and says they are "pretty light" he then suggest increasing the weight to 10 tons each, so 40 tons total. Goku says that this is too much for him to move, unless he goes Super Saiyan. So 40 tons is past his limit but 8 tons is pretty light, I wouldn't describe anything more than 50% of my max as pretty light. This leaves me to believe that Buu saga Goku can lift 20 tons at most without going Super Saiyan. If Super Saiyan givs a 50x boost SS2 is 100x and SS# is 400x then Goku can lift 20 tons, 1000 tons, 2000 tons and 8000 tons in each form. Deku can lift a 2 ton steel beam over his head with one arm, so with 2 arms he ca probably lift 4 tons at 8% of One For All then at 100% he can liftlift 50 tons. So Deku now at 100% One For All is Stronger than Buu Saga Goku with out Super Saiyan but is 95% weaker than Buu saga Super Saiyan Goku.
