2020-01-03 15:00:31 +0000 UTCPatreon goes by calendar month, so if you paid on 28th December, then you only paid for the month of December, and would have to pay on 1st January to get January's content. It's frustrating but it's been like this for a while.

I am also not sure if the person above already asked this as their comment is deleted and I can´t tell from the response :D Anyway, I got locked out of my patreon membership about 20 days before I was supposed to. I have subscribed every now and then for a month at a time and I always immediately canceled the subscription so as not to forget (and had the membership for 30 days just as the site said). This time, however, I got "kicked out" after new year's which is a little frustrating since I payed on 28 of December and got the membership for the whole of 4 days.
