So the reason they didnt use it to prepare for the sayians or namek is because it ranges from literally flaming hot to ice forming cold and the gravity there is super high, like pop said he threw goku in when he was a kid and he almost died after just 1 month in there and pop had to come in and get him, before the android saga anyone wouldve died in there

While the movies are definitely funny aswell I don't care about the content in them as much. Except maybe for Broly which TFS definitely nailed.

They haven't done anything with it as far as I know in terms of changing the attacks and stuff but it is cool to see Deku flying around and fighting like a superhero
