2020-12-21 06:39:05 +0000 UTCThe problem with the German tanks is they were so overly designed to be 'super' good tanks that they were too hard to mass produce and to repair if it was damaged or broke down was a nightmare. All things taken into account... the Soviet T-34 and American Sherman were probably the 'best' as they were so easy to mass produce and hold their own against the German tanks. Really the German tanks are part of the big WWII myths, people always think the Sherman was bad because the German Tiger tanks could take them out... but the Germans were on the defense so almost always got the first shots off before the Sherman's could respond.

2020-12-17 18:54:50 +0000 UTCWell actually Suraj, the Japanese tanks were some of the worst in the war. They usually had less armor and smaller guns than the American tanks they went up against. The Japanese military spent most of their resources making good planes and ships, tank development was not really a priority for the Japanese. Also, this battle takes place Sept 1944, the same month Easy company took part in the disaster that was operation Market Garden, episode 4 in Band of Brothers.
