Marco wasn't specifically mentioned in the earlier seasons other than a casual mention of the Inaros faction during the season 2 OPA meeting where they were trying to decide what to do with the missiles they took from Earth. I think Naomi first alluded to Filip when she thought she was going to die on the Donnager and says "I didn't even get to say goodbye" without telling Amos who she's talking about. She drops some other hints about being a mother at different times, but most explicitly she tells Prax about her baby boy taken away while they were in the Ganymede tunnels searching for Mei. And then finally she tells Holden about Filip and about his father being a romantic, an idealist, and a fighter in season 3. It's amazing how far in advance this show lays out breadcrumbs that nobody would spot if they didn't know what was coming.

As speculated by Rana + others, Camina Drummer is in a polycule / multi-person relationship. Everyone on that ship shares + is in one big open relationship pretty much, apparently it's a common thing in the belt to have a 'family' like that. Not my chosen lifestyle but cool they presented it in a nonchalant non-judgemental way, it feels realistic for the setting! Also I rewatched the scene and Drummer was 100% in bed with that one woman at the start. I'm really glad they showed an on-screen kiss, I assumed Drummer was attracted to women (she had an energy with Naomi for real) but was worried they were gonna cop out and just hint at it... writer was like nope, she gay! The casual queer representation in this show is brilliant, it's subtle and equal to the straight relationships in the best way.
