Looking back, the clone fight was such a wasted opportunity. Even if the manga didn't really do much with it... I feel like the producers/animators could've easily just thought of something cool to do with Team Guy to kill time. Have the clones fight other members. Have the clones ironically have powers of others members. I don't know lol anything but the same in place hand to hand fight lmaoo

Sakura has always been one of the smartest in her class. She aced that chunin written exam without needing to cheat, so it’s not surprising that she’d be able to apply that to battle. She just needed someone to give her guidance on what specifically to do.

Yeah, the long winding chase scene and the repeated clone fight scenes, that's what people were talking about when they mentioned the pacing of this show haha. The next arc does that too, lots of staring contests. The pacing of the show does pick up though, I think around ep 70 or something like that.

If you’ve seen all of naruto then you know the beginning of naruto shippudens fights are dog shit especially Sasori vs Sakura these fights don’t even compare to the ones we see later on

The repetitive scene in between the episode is due to the expected ad break, which you don't experience. You will have to get used to it in Shippuden 😅

The dragging and repetitive scenes in episode 24 was so annoying but anyway I agree with the above skip 28 please. The clone stuff is all filler and honestly it’s resolved so stupidly. Looking back, the studio really tried to prolong the Sasori fight & the Kazekage rescue arc.
