Exactly what I enjoy about this show is that it exposes a lot of shit about our culture--as seen by the audience reaction when it first came out. Joe is an interesting character, but it doesn't change the fact that he's done Awful things. He can be more than one thing, but people are trying so hard put him in only one category: good or bad.
