So re that idea of "Sanctum had something that was working till the 100 came and messed it up". It's a somewhat flawed reasoning in that Sanctum had something that was working for a very select group of people namely the Primes and the Sanctumites who were lucky enough not to be cast out into the forest as part of oblation. Now to refresh the memory on what Oblation was - it was the practice of throwing any children with gene impurities etc out of sanctum to die in the forest to keep the Sanctum bloodline pure and increase the chances of nightbloods being born so that the Primes could continue living and having their choice of hosts. It's how the Children of Gabriel (CoG) community got started because Gabriel started saving those children and raising them. That being said the Sanctum system was one that actively killed off members of it's society, threw out babies. Brainwashed it's people so they would sacrifice their nightblood children, all so that the Prime's, people who knew better ways of governing (because they were all super smart scientists from earth) could go on living. This system was therefore in a phrase "fucked up" Yes the 100 disrupted this system that was "working for the few" but not the many. But that's a good thing as now it's a system that is on the way to a more equal and equitable structure where babies don't get yeeted into the forest for no reason other than the selfishness of the Sanctum leaders. Think of it like this. With Slavery, the system was "working" but only for the wealthy and white in society. When the rebellions started and they came saying in summary give us liberty or we will burn this society to the ground I'm sure many people complained that they were disrupting a system that was "working". But we all know that it was for the better. Same here with the 100 and Sanctum. Moreover, the children of gabriel now are better off than before when they were out in the forest having to fight off animals every day to live. The revolution wasn't all the 100's fault, it was already happening, there were already Sanctumites disgruntled with the system, besides the CoG, as evidenced by how quickly they took up arms once they realized the Primes were killing their children. Currently things are better for them. Worse for the Primes and the Sanctumites who are still deeply brainwashed but better for literally everyone else. And I don't think it's fair to use an analysis that says the previous system was "working" when in reality it really really really wasn't, and the CoG were already on route trying to do a lot of the stuff the 100 ended up helping them do which is unbrainwash the masses and take down the Immortal Dictators that were the Primes.

When I watched this 1st ep, tbh I had some worries for this season and I couldn't figure out why. ... It was exactly what Chris said: the B story, the farmhouse, etc felt SO WEIRD and out of place. So weird that it read as hokey to me when I watched it. I kept waiting for them to cut back to the anomaly storyline, which is so dope.

Yes, and also Eliza is not that present as we were used to, because she had a miscarriage that time when they were shooting season 7 and it was hard for her and also for Bob. He acknowledged that he was struggling with his mental health

Just because some of the members unfollowed bob and eliza doesn’t mean everything is 100%. They haven’t posted anything since this happened besides bobs private Facebook which isn’t for fans. Even if they say something they will still be harassed still. Arryns statement is not evidence, it’s a hearsay statement which would be declined as any evidence in court. They could be working with a lawyer right now and they can’t post anything about this situation until the case is closed. This isn’t something that shouldn’t be handled on social media, it should be handled outside of social media nor it’s not any of our business. They aren’t ignoring the situation they are aware of it. But yeah same I’m waiting for their side of the story, I’m not taking any sides.

just fyi bellamy isn’t going to be very present in the beginning of the season, he will be in a couple of the episodes but for not many scenes. Bob morley wanted a break for the last season so he will appear in the second half of the season more.

He wasn’t verbally abusive to anyone in the past, arryn was the only one who said it.

I don't think it's fair to discuss the actors' personal lives that much without the others getting to tell their side. I will say that Morley has been very public about his mental health problems and on video has admitted to his problems with anger and being verbally abusive to people in the past. He seems to struggle with it deeply and feel shame. I don't think it's something he's tried to hide so let's wait and see if he eventually releases a statement. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lawsuit though. It feels like a sad situation where they both got caught up in a relationship that didn't suit their needs and she doesn't seem to understand the real consequences of mental illness. I have dealt with a very similar situation with a family memebr but I would never publicly condemn him for it because I understand how mental illness works. I think she got carried away because of the obnoxious fans that harassed her and likely have mental health problems themselves.... Thanks for being mature about it Suraj!

i get what your saying surag about not believing early on but several cast members have unfollowed the two of them, showed support towards his ex, and liked tweets calling bob out, i personally believe aryn although she has been proven to be lying at earlier times but bob and eliza have ignored the issue and have gone on posting things and not addressing the situation, i used to love them both and i’m still waiting for their side of the story (if it ever comes out) but as of now i have no respect for either or them and i no longer support them
