I like Naruto, I grew up with it. But all long running weakly anime are overall bad cuz they eventually catch up to the Manga and have to drag each episode for time or do filler content. One piece does this as well. Especially in the last few hundred episodes

I really hope u guys know that the reason this pacing is sooo bad, is because the anime was catching up to the manga at the time, and they needed to slow it down hard. Just one of the things u had to deal with when an anime is not seasonal, but long running next to the original source, aka manga. IT happens sometimes throughout every long running anime show....

Ok I think I get why some said this is the worst arc in shippuden. At first I was like how? stop lying to them. Now I’m like yep....I get it lol Every arc after this is bloody great but the studio really dropped the ball on this one. It’s adapted quite poorly, everything animated is so damn slow, the storyline is dragged out and you would think we would get an awesome animated tailed Naruto vs Orochimaru fight.... I mean it has its moments tho, I personally liked the Sai stuff this arc.

I believe it was due to the show quickly catching up with the manga and they had to pad the episodes. Logistically I get why they did it but damn. I couldn't imagine what it was like when people were waiting week to week for episodes to air. I'm so glad we live in a time of streaming service.

This is regarded as the worst arc of the 3 series. There’s gems of course but the pacing takes a hit since around this time of the original airing, it was catching to the manga pretty fast. The pacing and overall hype shit goes up from the ending of this arc and on..

I think it's universal among the fandom that this arc is probably the worst canon arc in Shippuden. It's an arc I always skip if I'm doing a rewatch. Thankfully it's almost over and the pacing really picks up in the next canon arc.
