The Interstellary composition at the end of this episode is tbh one of my favorite things about this show lol, I can't get enough of it, it's so killer. They use it multiple times for powerful moments on this show & ugh I love it so much.

If you look at it from a different perspective: the 24 hour rule exists because the Professor wants them to run if he gets caught; they saw what they thought was a clear evidence of that. Berlin chooses to follow the rule by the letter anyway, and Tokyo wants to be safe. That's not that dumb, I don't really know what I would do if I was there.
