[Premium Access] RWBY - 1x4 The First Step / 1x5 The First Step, Part 2 - Group Reaction + Uncut

Lol. This first season really is such a tease with how short the episodes are. I remember how painful it was waiting a week for every 4-6 minutes of content with some of those shorter chapters. 😂 The production quality definitely skyrockets as the series goes on and still just keeps getting better and better even now. This show was basically Monty Oum's baby and as far as I'm aware he came up with the basic premise as well as making the first Red trailer entirely by himself. I would say there is a lull in the fight animation quality in season 4 and to a degree season 5 as well, but by season 6 it picks back up. While it has noticeable differences from Monty's style (which tends to seamlessly sync with the music and sound design in ways I still haven't seen replicated elsewhere) is still amazing.

Oh man glad you guys started watching this series didnt think you guys would but happy y'all liking it. Like RonL and Eli said first season is short but gets longer after. Also first time seeing Damarin and Mikey but like every Normie you guys are cool and fun to watch! 😄 Can't wait for the next episodes! Oh yeah and agree with Eli van Aggelen those 3 all go together and the rest have part 2s besides the last 2 of the season so this would be the only trip drop of the season if havent filmed yet.

Honestly this is where RWBY really starts. It introduces you to their other characters that you’ll love as well. And only season 1 has short episodes. They get progressively longer as the series goes on

Also, IMPORTANT please read Normies: the next 3 episodes (6,7,8) all go together as a 3-parter with 8 serving as kind of a mid-season finale. If you haven't filmed it already I humbly suggest doing a "triple drop" on this one, it will be worth it.

Also, the girl you hear singing in the songs for the show is Jeff’s daughter, Casey Lee Williams.

All the songs for RWBY are written/performed by Jeff Williams and his daughter Casey Lee Williams who does most of the vocals. FYI, for that intro song Casey was only 13 or 14 at the time. Once your done with season 1, you should react to the Volume 1 OST.
