He tormented his family to the point where Shoto's mother poured boiling water on her sons face because it reminded her of Endeavor. But hey atleast he stuck around though right..... lol :)

2020-09-16 21:27:02 +0000 UTCI love how this arc just brings all the characters from the previous arcs back around. It’s such a small but fun thing. Leorio’s reaction was so good. So so good. I remember binging the series and that’s the scene that got me and mad men tear up. I’ve seen stuff online about Ging possibly being able to predict or see into the future so maybe you guys are right I’m so excited for 147 (and obviously the end). The first half of that episode is some of my favorite stuff from HxH

Viewers react too Ging not caring his son on his death bed as more of the same of him not caring much. Pariston viewed it as validation that Gon would not die because Ging wouldn’t respond that way otherwise. Also, Ging never lifted a finger to do anything about helping / saving Gon so Pariston took that as Ging knowing something he didn’t. He can infer all he wants at the end to make himself seem like he calculated it all , but in reality it just came down to Pariston trusting Ging as his rival. Note: No one really knows the full extent of Ging’s nen-abilities other than he is feared / talked about as one of the most powerful nen-users. One thing that is known is that Ging is weirdly good at predicting the actions of others and exactly know every move / step someone else will take. He knew what Gon would do even without really being in his life, and Pariston was so confident in Ging’s ability to know what will happen before it does that even that small comment from Ging confirmed to Pariston that Gon would not die. Everyone fears Ging to some extent, but very few know the full extent of his power (I am guessing Pariston knows a lot more about Ging than most people).

After becoming a hunter and having all the money he could need , he still couldnt do anything to help Gon. Must be heartbreaking.
