yeah that's the reason I had to watch the uncut. the cut was not watchable for me. at least not with these episodes. I understand they have to make edits in certain ways so that they get less strikes, but I hope they don't stick to this kind of editing.

He's surprised these fictional magic ninjas in this fictional world have rap as a form of music. The rap is supposed to be cringy in the sub version as well, killer B isn't supposed to be a good rapper, plenty characters mention that. What does that have to do with privilege?? If you think about it, this is Sasuke's first opponent in a while who he hasnt studied beforehand. He had literal years to study and think of countermeasures against both Orochimaru and Itachi, but this was a completely new and unfamiliar opponent. It really almost got him killed too

Just so you guys are clear on Sasukes new mangekyo he awakened it upon grasping the truth about Itachi standing out over the ocean declaring his mission to destroy the hidden leaf. That was the traumatic event similar to killing your best friend that awakened it. It wasn't transfered by itatchi that amaterasu was a one off to kill Madara.

Something to keep in mind guys. Orochimaru and Itachi, as established were both not at full strength when Sasuke beat them. Orochimaru was actually at his weakest, and Itachi was fairly weak to as Tobi mentions. Please keep this in mind!

To be fair most people (bar manga readers) tend to miss this.. Animation should've done a close up on his eyes to emphasize the change - it can easily be missed by the shock of the 'destroy the hidden leaf' dialog.

I don't think you get it guys. It's not at all about PATRIOTISM from Itachi's perspective, it's about PACIFISM. He didn't want the BIG WAR to happen again. It certainly would have happened again if he didn't kill his whole clan. I mean, at that time, with madara, he was the ONLY one able to stop the uchiha. It's the freaking uchiha clan guys !
