2021-04-26 05:44:26 +0000 UTCpoor marketa lol hope you dont have couch jumping nightmares lol. so much better on a second watch knowing what to expect. the film still falls apart after kano defects. a longer runtime and the whole mark moving to different people would have fixed most of the issues i had. kung lao so didnt need to die, at the least save it for a sequel but more time = more character interactions and growth making his death more impactful. i still felt it cause it was a great character but still..oh well woulda coulda shoulda. since characters come back from the dead all the time #justiceforkunglao in the sequel!

2021-04-26 04:10:27 +0000 UTCLiu Kang actually doesn't have much charisma in this movie. Sonya and Kano are much more charismatic by definition. You may find him annoying, but Kano for 75% of this is fantastic with how cynical he is. Best Kano to date.

2021-04-26 01:44:27 +0000 UTCI enjoy this movie much more in my second viewing. Fun popcorn flick. My only issue is how the action is shot. Too many cuts. They cast actors who can fight: Lewis Tan (Cole), Ludi Lin (Liu Kang), Max Huang (Kung Lao), Joe Taslim (Bi-Han) and Hiroyuki Sanada (Hanzo). Give me them longer one shot fights. Tho Taslim and Sanada had the two best fights in the movie and the effects, especially the ice was great. But other than that I enjoyed the movie.
