2021-04-29 17:23:52 +0000 UTCthe only thing i can think of to explain the wet socks hangover cure is some folk medicine stuff, drawing heat or toxins away from the head?? like making your own swamp coolers around your feet, kinda. but that's usually indicated more for a fever. idk, it sounds like some shit that gets passed down in your family. my mom's folks are from Nebraska, even though most of us went into the health field and are a bit more metropolitan now, we still have a country cure or two that even the doctors swear by.
