Here's the sketches and paintings I did last week.. a lot of studies again bc I always find myself struggling to draw cute things like I used to do when I have to write really serious moments in the WEBTOON.. I used to have a debate with myself wether or not to list Cherry Crush as a Drama-Comedy or a Romance-Drama bc the first and 2nd season was full of funnies but it gets less and less silly as more terrible things happen (Chohan 😔) i try to have some comic relief whenever I can but like last week.. the funny is literally just a bandaid over a third degree burn LMFAO
For the first time since season 3 started that I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.. In the beginning where I drafted the plot for season 3, it was like scaling a mountain, it was scary and intimidating!! but now i'm like.. halfway up the mountain? n I'm starting to see the ending of the series and even though it's still.. a LONGGGG way til we get there, it's a different feeling when you see the finish line as you're running a marathon. There's an urge to just rush towards the end but I will fight it!! I don't want to have any regrets... Though my next series will be a short one I can promise that.. I don't think I can continue doing a massive story like Cherry Crush for at least a year after I finish bc I need to do some one shots and live my life...
I hope everyone likes the paintings.. the doodles are not doodling lately and u can blame Chohan for that, writing for him gives me brain worms that you can't even imagine.. I'm excited to show more Thorne too! I never wanted people to hate my character bc at the end of the day they're all my OCs.. But as a comic author I shouldn't want people to like them, I should want people to understand them, and I hope that when everything's said and done, everyone will understand why my evil characters as well as my "good" characters are like that..!
