Here's some sketches I did after I got back from my vacation... A lot of it is studies, as always.. I really just miss painting so much and the only time I can like, justify spending so much time on one drawing is if I'm doing studies 😭😭😭😭 I drew a lot of my girls this time bc the story is a sausage fest rn and i rly miss drawing girls, even though my male OCs look like girls sometimes it's not the same... T_T;;;
I've actually been doing a lot of thinking abt my lief lately.. and how I don't rly enjoy drawing anymore and the reason for everything is just bc i'm constantly running out of time, I don't have time to draw the comic I want to because I'm always crunching.. and I already cut the episodes down so now each episode is moving even more slowly than I could anticipate.. Nobody said drawing comics was easy, but nobody said IT SHOULD BE THIS HARD EITHER???? So... I think.. I'm gonna quit my job... and dat epiphany actually made me sick bc I immediately got an anxiety attack sjkdanfskjn
I've actually been having a lot more health issues lately compared to where I was 3 years ago, so I can't draw as fast as I used to anymore, as much as I'd love to tell people that I'm fully back and recovered from teh burnout, the issue is just.. drawing comics is more taxing on my body than I couldve ever imagined and I've only been doing this for 3 years 😿😭😭😭😭 Recently I've had to ask my friend to help me color some pages bc my back was just killing me.. I'M SORRY FOR COMPLAINING SO MUCH DON'T WORRY I'M NOT GONNA DIE, but yeah.. if I had to choose between drawing comics, my health, and my day job. I'd give up my day job no question FUCK THAT SHITSKJDFNSDKJN I was living in poverty before so I'll be okay being unemployed and WEBTOON gives me enough to cover rent so that's really.. all I need hehe.
