The Question Post (Feb 2020)
Added 2020-02-03 11:49:28 +0000 UTCOne of the things I'm going to be doing here on Patreon answer questions from patrons every month about The Order of the Stick. The idea is that while I'm not going to be making extra comics for supporters here, it won't take too much time away from drawing the strip to hop on and ramble about this or that once a month. The answers will be posted toward the end of the month in a separate entry than this one that will be public for everyone to see. But the questions will be here, on this thread, from you, the patrons. Just leave them as a comment below (or send them to me via the Direct Message function of Patreon, if you'd prefer to be anonymous) and I'll try to pick at least 3 to 5 each month, maybe more if some of them are quick answers.
Here are some quick guidelines for types of questions I'm definitely not going to answer:
- Questions that ask for spoilers for things that haven't happened in the comic yet ("When is X going to happen?" or "What's the deal with Y?")
- Questions that ask about personal information ("Where do you live?" or "What's your mother's maiden name?")
- Questions that are belligerent, aggressive, or demanding that I must answer them.
- Questions that are more of a comment (A long essay on something followed by, "What do you think?")
I may add to this list as we go, but let's try that as a starting point and see how it goes.

Question: Will you ever complete your "The New World" series of articles of campaign world creation? I absolutely love these. Explaining all the logic, structure, and reasoning behind the process of complete campaign world creation has been the most helpful, informative, and entertaining articles for role-playing gaming I have ever read. Thanks for all your hard work. Love OOTS and look forward to the end of this epic tale. :)
