OOTS Promo Dungeon! (Cyber Monday sales)
Added 2021-11-29 19:07:20 +0000 UTCHey gang, since the previous poll about whether you're OK hearing promos is currently sitting at about 14-to-1 in favor, I'm here to give you a sum-up of some Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals we have going on at various places.
There was also some concern in the comments about trying to include this info with the existing comic update posts, which I will try to do in the future. But since some of these deals below are time-limited by companies I don't have control over, I thought it would be better to send it out by itself this one time. In the future, I'll include this info below the comic announcement under the heading Promo Dungeon that you see below, and then it will be up to you whether or not you want to descend into its depths seeking treasure, or turn away at the last moment.
Enter the Promo Dungeon...
- The 2021 OOTS holiday ornament is now on sale at CafePress, featuring Bandana and the crew of the Mechane taking on a frost giant.
- Ookoodook is having a sale on all OOTS books from now until December 3rd: 50% off all books, or 75% off Dungeon Crawlin' Fools and Start of Darkness.
- Morland Miniatures is having a site-wide sale, including 40% off the line of OOTS resin-and-metal gaming miniatures. This will run until December 15th, and include pretty much their entire line of regular fantasy minis too. (Note that Morland is not currently able to ship internationally.)
- From now until December 3rd at Gumroad, the coupon code HOLIDAYSEASON will get you the Winter edition of A Monster for Every Season print-and-play paper miniatures for just $2.
- The sixth volume of A Monster for Every Season, Summer 2, came out a few weeks ago (also at Gumroad) with over 400 more monsters to add to your growing collection. It now includes digital tokens of every monster for use with your favorite virtual tabletop. The older sets (like the Winter set on sale above) will have these tokens retroactively added to them as I'm able to complete them, too. (This isn't technically a new deal, but the comments on the poll led me to believe that people might not be seeing my banner ads for it on the main website.)
Thanks for the feedback and for your continuing support!
EDIT: I would like to reiterate that I don't control shipping rates, options, or timetables for any of the above companies.
