#9: Crazy Crazy Crazy Stories
Added 2019-03-29 11:00:02 +0000 UTCThe Clue Crew spends this week’s episode playing some games with crazy stories AND telling crazy stories. Right out of the gate we talk about weddings we’ve been to and “Celebrity” sightings. You’ll also get to hear the highest we’ve ever been and survival stories. Both are equally scary! Also JPC gets to do his Dracula voice so look out! Choo choo!

That bath towel story is a reference to (or excerpt from) the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy I’m pretty sure.

2023-01-30 17:25:32 +0000 UTCI grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, went to college in Indiana, and I have a baseball bat named after Vaughn Wamsley, but I say it “Vaughn Whamsley.” I say this bc I LOST IT at the mention of Vaughn for JPC

2019-03-29 15:13:50 +0000 UTCPitbull flying out David Thorpe to Alaska is a great story from like 7 years ago. The prank was that Walmart had a promotion where the Walmart store with the most Facebook likes would get a free concert by Pitbull in the parking lot. David Thorpe of Something Awful found the most remote Walmart in the world, in Kodiak Alaska, and pushed hard across the internet to get Pitbull exiled there. It worked and Pitbull had to put a concert on in the remote Alaskan wilderness. Pitbull was a good sport about it and invited David Thorpe to go as well (Walmart tried to get Thorpe to pay his own way as an “investment in his brand” but Pitbull said fuck that and paid for Thorpe first class).

2019-03-29 14:13:46 +0000 UTCThere was a family video by my house growing up and we went in there for years without realizing there was a porn section until my little brother accidentally wondered in there looking for the bathroom. The kicker was it was hidden right behind the kid’s video section.
