2023-02-14 15:32:04 +0000 UTCI work for a printing company where I set up yard signs etc, and the book just didn't explain the answer well. The sign couldn't be the same image because the one of the arrows would be pointing away from the Cafe. The image must be mirrored for this reason. The answer should have mentioned it contained directional instructions
