Subliminal Messages

How do you feel about subliminal messages? Do you like the idea of your behaviors and actions slowly changing, without you being aware of them?
Subliminal message do have an effect - if you are exposed to an idea, image or command without being aware of it, it can color your thoughts. Subliminal messages can even have long term effects, but only if you are exposed to them repeatedly.
That's why in my hypnosis I always tell my listener that listening to it repeatedly will create stronger effects. The more you hear a message, the more it affects you.
How do you feel about subliminal messages?

sometimes we make our own subliminal without meaning to is my think because like after listening to the toilet monster audio enough times it’s like that big white toilet monster how does it even do what the big peooole use it for it’s confusing and scary
