Only temporarily recalled so the company can rework the chemical components; the current version seeps into the skin and has a permanent effect, which is bad business for a company that wants repeat customers.
Thanks Blimpstrid for the idea - I know it's not exactly what you had in mind, I tweaked it a bit, I hope that's not a deal breaker for you!
