This above link will give you a 30MB ZIP file called "Sukhon-165". Once unzipped, open it in Internet Explorer or using the FlashPlayer_31 standalone program. At the bottom left of the starting page it will say version.1.09. Play through the first day and enter the Night Market. (The game auto-updates to version.1.19) To check this, click the top yellow banner to return to the start page. The version says 1.19. To prove this: in the Beach area, look at the bottom right. There is a MISC folder (fades out) you can click to change options like sounds. Later, you will also be able to unlock 4 new penis sizes and cumshots for each, as well as change into a full LadyBoy once you unlock the relevant upgrades.

There is a testing file available for 1 month but it's expired. (However, if you still want to play it, there is an easy trick... Just set the computer date back to June and the game will work again! This style of expiry just stops websites from posting my demos online)
It will eventually be transformed into a different (sequel-esque) game from the original Sukhon. Sukhon will be running the SPC club, hiring multiple women, and using the profits to improve the club. Hiring new women is in the Misty Dialog. Press 'ENTER' in the market to unlock. *Also has Ladyboy customers kinda-working as a bonus.*
NOTE: I likely will NOT continue working on Sukhon_Reloaded, so this is the last file!

Keep in mind this game is not being updated until I finish StreetWalker. That said, I'm not sure what you are asking. Possible answers: The gameplay and text will not be in Mandarin Chinese. A Chinese 'style' location could be added. Chinese faces are possible but different skin tones are unlikely as there are hundreds of skin layers that would be affected... Same goes for African skin tones...
