It's almost Release time!
Added 2021-12-25 23:44:11 +0000 UTCI got much done this week. I thought the sound effects would be hell, since everything I've read online says HTML5 support for sound is abysmal and you need to import and learn plugins... but luckily, at THIS stage, the sounds I need are still so basic, I can get away with using the native software, so sounds were done is like 4 hours! LOL.
In other areas, the girlfriend tutorial story now works. It's only one event but at least I know the code is OK and can be expanded next month. I eventually want to have re-occurring characters you can date, but that's far off. I'll have to redesign the message system first.
Back-rubs, butt-squeeze, fingering all work, as does vaginal penetration, internal and 10 external cumshot locations. After the girlfriend mission is done, there are some... glitches where the other women body types will show up, which I guess 'could' be a bonus, except the phone missions don't detect them, so kinda a bug. Might find the cause if I finish everything else first. I'm mostly just testing now, fixing random things.
Been working all day trying to add medals. Changed the format a bit so now you start with 0 points and all points unlock from medals. Most of them are pretty easy to get, basically just from playing the game. Likely, will change the medals to harder ones as the game develops. I spent 3 hours trying to get the medals to show up on the start-screen, and in the end it... kinda works. Here's an image:
Anyways, I needed to get the medal coding done so it's good enough. I realized I actually MUST upload the game in 2 days, since I have a ski trip planned for Dec 28-30, so the game WILL be uploaded to Newgrounds on the 27th... No matter what!
