Do you guys still pod cast with the garbage man? You t bone and him were a good trio

yes Steve rogers was fine as hell! My one friend was even asking who is that snack?! XD

agree with T.Bone 3 hour version would have been perf. With that extra time aloted to the domestic sets of all the characters. (though I would say it could have bothered the flow of the movie.

Also, the movie wasn't shot on real IMAX cameras. It was shot on modified Alexa 65 cameras being called Alexa IMAX. I believe the modification is just a bit larger sensor. I'm not sure what lenses they used but I know they're anamorphic (IMAX cameras use medium format spherical lenses), so my guess is the Ultra Panavision 70 lenses QT used on The Hateful Eight. That's still a killer camera system and I'm with you in wanting to see it in IMAX theaters.

A drunk conversation I was having with a friend about the introduction of the X-Men lead me to thinking about Kevin Feigi and the way he moves. Disney has had a Black Widow movie on their slot for a while now. They want to make one really bad. She's a girl and they want that on their resume. However, she isn't a home run for their brand as she isn't a "superhero" and like Hawkeye, she's more of the boots-on-the-ground character and I think Disney has some reservations about throwing their kind of money on a more grounded character. That said, they took a major chance tonally with Ragnarok, which was essentially a Thor reboot in a way. But as an insurance policy that movie had to include the Hulk in a significant role. He has that kind of brand recognition that gave Disney the confidence to make such a tonally different movie. I think it's very likely Feigi would do something similar with a Black Widow film. She already has a complicated relationship with Banner and the Hulk is the third wheel separating them. They could do a road trip movie with those two characters after the events of Infinity Wars where there's a plot device where Bruce gets word on a facility that can reverse gamma effects (or whatever) and it involves him and Romanoff heading up to the facility located somewhere in the Canadian Rockies (yep). They develop their relationship and there's fun action pieces along the way and when they get there, they are ambushed by Weapon X as a means of capturing the Hulk by Hydra/Shield/whoever. Making the mcu introduction of Wolverine parallel the comic book introduction of the character; fighting the Hulk in Canada. It seems like the kind of move Feigi would pull, it has all the level of fan service he wants and introduces the mutants in an organic way. Also, I'd want Tom Hardy playing Wolverine, but that might get tricky with Venom being a thing now...

I really liked the film, I think them changing Thanos's motivation doesn't work as well though. I mean if you have the infinity gauntlet, couldn't you just use it to make more resources?

Heh I'm kinda one of those people who are a bit crazy excited about it :P And yes - it was all so balanced... as all things should be. ;-) I really, really, really, loved it. Nothing else like it out there and I'm just so proud of them! And YES Civil War was a turning point for me - that's exactly when I went from liking Marvel movies a lot - to adoring them. Everything since that point has been so much fun! Also, side question: will you be stopping your Twitch Streams or will podcasts be your new Club 19 format?

Watching it on IMAX is all worth it!
