What’s up Team19? In honor of Watchmen Club and being a crazy bitch, Ive given myself an insane cosplay quest to become Dr. Manhattan! Over the course of the next 8 weeks I will be working out in order to achieve an ideal human form. So far to prepare I’ve used the ClassPass service to try out different fitness regimens to find the work out that’s right for me. Bikram (hot) yoga and The Bar Method were definitely the most intense and after much deliberation I’ve landed on buying a membership to The Bar Method (they got a sweet deal for new members too!) This routine is kinda like Pilates mixed with Ballet form. The first class I did fucking destroyed my quads, they were uncontrollably shaking, it was insane. If anything will whip my soft ass into shape it’s THIS SHIT. So cheers y’all! I’ll be posting more updates as we go along. Right now I’m recovering from flu nonsense and should be ready to hit it hard soon.
