Tell us about your alkaline water tho

Another really good healthy treat is the mixed bags of frozen veggies with sweet and sour sauce and minced garlic all mixed together. Supposedly frozen veggies are better because all the nutrients stay. And they're hella cheaper. Haha.

Before the last two weeks happened (Super Bowl steam-rolling my work/life balance and diet), I was hardcore cleaning up my eating habits from the holidays. The apple thing- cut up an apple and throw it in a pot with like 1/2 to a cup of water. Boil that for 5ish min, throw in cinnamon. Surprise you basically have apple pie filling without processed sugar.

I felt so blessed to be called a cunt. I'm a personal trainer and you're basically doing my cutting diet. If you have a nutribullet or really nice, not expensive but nice, blender your world of nutrition is endless. My unrequestion tip would just be to focus on your daily protein goals above anything else. Keep up the great work!

You shouldn't be worrying about gaining weight from the skinniness of your hands. It's all about gaining muscle mass, and a little bit of fat in the right places. It's tone you want, not to lose weight. But eating right is important.
