Since my last photo I got sick w that flu shit that was going around but bravely fought it off sustaining much less damage than my peers. I wasn’t able to work out but I was able to lose weight due to sickly-ness. I’m feeling better now and it’s time to start building that muscle fam.

Someone already said it above but bar bell squats work great for building and toning. I just use the bar, that’s enough weight for me. Sit-ups with weight move it along quicker too

Try some relatively heavy deadlift and barbell squats to pack on some muscle. Just a friendly suggestion :)
