During quarantine I been eating LOTS of carbs and def gained some weight which looks lovely on my chest and ass but not so cute on my tum.
To burn fat I’m going to experiment with intermittent fasting where I eat during an 8 hour period and fast for the other 16 hours in a day.
To build muscle I’m going to be doing mad deadlifts with my new hexbar and other weightlifting exercises with free weights.
Every Monday this month I will be posting these three full body shots to show my progress. Hopefully by week 4 I will have regained my glorious thigh gap which is currently missing.
I don’t play the numbers game, so I have no idea how much I weigh, nor do I have a target weight. I judge progress solely on how good I look in photos, which is to say...visually. Because that’s what really counts, not some dumb ass numbers.
