Random, I know, but I want to share this woman’s yoga YT channel with y’all because she does great videos that I’ve been following along with in the mornings and in the evenings before bed. (I do not personally know Kristen) (I like her listening to her voice, she’s so chill)
She produces mostly YIN YOGA content, where you just sit different poses for a few minutes and let gravity do the work while you try your best to relax. It’s harder than it sounds.
My back and body have been very grateful for this practice and it might be useful for you too if you’re interested.
Sphinx pose a really great one for those of us who sit in chairs for extended periods of time 👌👌👌
If any of you decide to try it out, you’re gonna need some pillows and folded blankets to cushion urself (yoga blocks help too and RARELY a yoga strap)
