...

Somewhere in France, the lone figure of a boy could be seen trudging through the dense greenery, trying to make his way out.

This was Lucas, an 19 year old boy, who had suddenly transmigrated into the boy of a 14 year old body. Coincidentally, the name of the previous owner was also Lucas.

*crunch*

While walking, his steps suddenly faltered, almost making him fall.

"F*ck…" cursed Lucas, looking at himself. His body, or so to say, the body which he was currently possessing, was in a terrible state right now. If you have to describe his current appearance in one sentence, he looked like someone who walked out of an explosion.

"Finally," said Lucas as he finally emerged out of the forest. In front of him was a luxurious Chateau covered in wards from all sides. But Lucas simply passed right through them as he sneaked in through the backdoor. This was a magical household, and the previous Lucas used to work here as a servant.

As he padded through the elegant and luxurious interior, he looked quite out of place in his dirty clothing, which was torn in many places.

In order to remedy that, he decided to quickly take a bath and get changed. He first went to the servant's quarters to tidy my appearance. Even though I transmigrated into a body with no injuries, the clothes were completely ruined when the previous owner died.

"Merde! What in the world happened to you?!"

Lucas I paused in my steps. Turning around, he saw a beautiful woman who looked to be in her mid-thirties looking at me with an alarmed gaze. She had light brown hair, and almond eyes which were currently filled with concern. She wore a French maid outfit which failed to hide her curves. Her name surfaced in his mind. She was Vivienne, the head maid.

"I'm completely fine, Miss Fontain. I just need to get changed," Lucas replied before quickly leaving. Vivienne Fontain, the head maid and the only bearable person in this household.

But this woman knew the previous Lucas well, and he didn't want her to notice any changes. Hence, he avoided her for now.

Entering his room, Lucas shut the door and sighed, thinking about what to do. He had transmigrated into the body of a 14-year-old squib in the Wizarding world. There wasn't much I could do at the moment.

He quickly took a bath and got changed into a fresh pair of clothes. Funnily enough, even though his clothes were destroyed and his face was covered in soot, no damage had come to his body except for a massive amount of fatigue. Finally done with cleaning up, he looked at himself in the mirror.

Jet black hair, and oddly enough, striking golden eyes. A handsome face that looked quite innocent and honest at first glance. Looking at the face that clearly should not belong to a scumbag like him, Lucas had to finally accept that he really had transmigrated.

“Still can't believe this is the Harry Potter world though… " he muttered.

Yep, he had transmigrated into the Harry Potter world. Or more precisely, it was an alternate version of that world. There were quite a few points which didn’t match the originals, but the fact of the matter was, magic was a real thing in this world.

Around an hour ago, the previous owner had died in some sort of explosion and Lucas had just transmigrated in this body, and had just finished integrating with the memories of the original owner after a rather painful process. Though, the surprises don't end there.

“Can’t believe I’ve been living with veelas,” Lucas murmured, looking through the memories again and again. This is the Delacour Household, home to the Beaubaton’s champion Fleur Delacour, who is a veela.

Veela are semi-human magical beings; beautiful women with white-gold hair and skin that appears to shine moon-bright. And there are three of them currently residing in this house.

Living the dream, right?

Not exactly.

“Lucas?! Where did you disappear to? Bring me a glass of wine!” Called out a voice. It was a pleasant voice, as if belonging to an angel, but the tone was extremely rude.

The previous owner of the body, a fourteen year old boy named Lucas, was an orphan squib, working as a servant here.

Since the Delacours are a family that is big on creature rights, they haven't employed any House-elves, the perfect slaves. Hence the need for servants. And among them, Lucas was the only male.

'What to do? Do I need to play a servant to her now?' Lucas was a bit lost now. Though his previous life had not been good, he at least had the free will of doing whatever he wanted. He had never been subservient to anyone other than his late mother.

“Lucas! Did you drop dead or something?!”

Lucas snapped out of his thoughts. “Coming!” He yelled back, seeing no other option.

“I swear you are turning more and more useless each day.”

Lucas frowned at the bitchy tone of the speaker. As explained said, not a dream life. No matter if many men in the world would want to trade places with him, but being a servant of the Delacour women... is not an easy job. Especially not if you're a squib. Squibs are wizards who are unable to do magic even though they have at least one magical parent. They are treated with quite a lot of disdain in the Wizarding world. It didn't help that he was a male, since most veelas hate men.

The previous owner of the body was only hired because he was not unpleasant to look at, and because he was immune to the allure. Yeah, somehow he wasn't affected by the natural charm radiated by the Veelas like the 99.9% male population. And now that Lucas has replaced him, he didn't know if he'd be able to resist the allure or if he'd instantly become a bumbling idiot.

Sighing, he decided to get the wine. It would be for the best to pretend to be the previous owner for now as a servant of the Delacour Household. Squibs have no place in the Wizarding world and he is not going to get a better job than this with his fourteen year old body immediately.

'But... it's only for a little while,' he decided. Lucas does not like to be subservient to anyone, even if the other party was the most gorgeous girl he had ever seen in his life. He is not staying here long if the life here is really as horrible as he saw in the previous Lucas's memories.

Making his way into the kitchen using the memories and he pulled out a bottle of 'Cabernet Sauvignon' from the cabinet containing many other classics. Fun fact: this family is fucking loaded. It is to the point that they can afford to drink such expensive wines like soda.

He smoothly popped open the cork and poured the red liquid into a wine glass with practiced movements. It seems like the skills and reflexes which the previous owner had acquired as a servant have stayed as well along with the memories.

Putting the glass into a tray, Lucas quickly made my way towards the harpy who had been calling for him.

—knock knock—

"Your wine, Miss Fleur."

"Bring it in," came the annoyed voice from inside.

When he opened the door, Lucas's jaw dropped at the sight I saw inside.

The room was quite spacious, and it was divided into three parts. First was filled with books and various objects, clearly related to studying. Another part had targets, training dummies, and exercise equipments placed, and the third place had a large bed with elaborate design. But that wasn't what surprised him.

In the armchair facing the window, a girl sat leisurely with her fair legs crossed, which were visible through the knee-length bathrobe she was wearing. Her platinum blond hair glistened with moisture, and her facial features were perfect, arranged in a way that gave her a haughty air. This is Fleur Delacour, the most beautiful student at Beauxbatons.

Lucas let out a sigh of relief when he realized that he had not been affected by the magical allure. The girl was beautiful, probably the most beautiful he'd seen in his previous life, but he could still think rationally.

Though currently, the girl was glaring at him in displeasure. "What took you so long? Do you need another training session?" She asked in irritation even as Lucas came to offer her the wine.

Training session. Lucas frowned as he recalled the memories. She basically means using Lucas as a live target for her spell practice.

"No, I'll pass," He said, turning to leave.

'Damn it, I'm not good at pretending to be a servant,' he thought.

Fleur picked up on his impolite response, and her delicate eyebrows raised. "Oh?" She said, uncrossing her legs. "Since when did you think it's your decision?" She asked, leaning forward. But it exposed a whole lot of cleavage and more of her legs.

'Sigh... someone tell this girl that being resistant to the allure doesn't mean I'm not a man,' thought Lucas, trying not to look at her as he searched for a response.

"Fleur!" At this moment, I heard another voice from outside, this one soft and childish.

The door opened again and a 12 year old girl stepped in. She looked a lot like a younger version of Fleur, but her blond hair was arranged in twintails and her features were softer and more delicate, in comparison to Fleur's aggressive beauty. Wearing a pink frock, she looked the picture of cuteness. Currently, her lips were set in a pout as she looked at Fleur in protest.

"Fleur! Are you bullying Lucas again?" She asked, coming to stand in front of Lucas like a protector with her hand on her hips.

This was Gabrielle Delacour, Fleur's younger sister. Unlike the world described in the books, she was born much earlier in this world.

"And why don't you cover yourself up? Lucas is standing right here!" She exclaimed, pulling Fleur's bathrobes together.

'Sigh...' Not that Lucas wasn't grateful for the consideration, but he wouldn't have minded if the view was kept unobstructed.

Fleur pulled Gabrielle into her lap. At some point, her bitchy look had been replaced by a gentle and doting one. "Gabby, you don't have to worry about Lucas. It's not like he would dare to do anything even if he looks," she said, a hint of condescension coming into her voice.

"And you don't have to worry. I was not bullying him at all," she said, sending a glare hus way from Gabrielle's back. "Was I, Lucas?"

Gabrielle also looked at Lucas in concern. "Was she really not, Lucas?"

Lucas looked at the two sisters gazing back at him with their faces adjacent to each other, and marveled at the huge difference in their characters.

In the end, Lucas just sighed. "No, Ms. Gabrielle, she was just asking for wine."

For now, he is trying to act as much as the real Lucas as possible to not raise any suspicions. It's a pity that the previous Lucas was a wimp, so he had to let it go for now. He first needed some time to think and analyze his current situation, starting with the circumstances of the previous Lucas's death. How did that explosion happen? And how was his body unaffected? And, how can he quit being a servant? He was in a world now, and these were things he had to figure out.

"Oh, okeiiii…" said Gabrielle, looking confused with Lucas's response. But then she perked up. "Then Fleur, can I take Lucas to play now?" She asked, turning her head to look at her sister with her big round eyes.

Facing Gabrielle's cuteness at such a close range, Fleur melted right away. "Of course, Gabby. You can take him." But as soon as Gabrielle looked away, Fleur went right back to staring daggers at Lucas. "You don't mind, Lucas, do you?" She asked, daring him to say anything but yes.

"I don't mind," said Lucas half heartedly, his shoulders dropping slightly at the prospect.

"Yayy!" Gabrielle jumped out from Fleur's lap and grabbed Lucas's hand. "Let's go, Lucas!"

As explained, it's not easy to live with the Delacour women. Even though Gabrielle is fiercely protective of Lucas, there's a reason for that. It's because... Lucas is her favorite toy.

Yeah. It's like how little girls always like to protect their dolls and treat them nicely.

"....Sigh..."
Lucas didn't know whether to feel good or bad at the prospect. Being Gabrielle's toy meant he had to put up with anything she does in her games. And according to the memories, it was not a pleasant experience. But... on the other hand, Gabrielle is like a ruler of this household. She is the apple of Fleur and her mother's eyes. Those two women spoil Gabrielle to no extent. So, it would not be a stretch to say that in this household, most of the time, whatever Gabrielle says, goes. Having her protection can definitely be beneficial. Hence Lucas had to put up with her.

Grabbing his hand, Gabrielle dragged him to her room. It was a stark contrast with Fleur's room. Everywhere was pink and fluffy, and one could see a lot of dolls and other kinds of girlish toys lying around.

"Let's play!"

The previous Lucas was just fourteen. But as someone who was much older, He wasn't thrilled to be playing Healer-Healer with a 12 year old.

'What the hell is happening with my life right now?' Lucas found himself wondering as he lay on Gabrielle's bed, pretending to be a patient while "Healer Delacour" checked his condition with her toy wand.

His thoughts went back to the circumstances of the previous owner’s death. ‘It all started with the training sessions,’ I thought. Before the previous Lucas died, he had been helping Fleur out with her training. But… the memories are quite confusing.

And more importantly, the explosion seemed to be caused by Lucas himself.

'Is this body really a squib?' He wondered, trying to recall the exact details.

Even though Lucas is considered a squib, his body is surprisingly resistant to magic. Thus, Fleur sometimes uses Lucas a human training dummy.

Earlier this day, Lucas was in a training session with the girl, and after the session, he had started feeling unwell, as if he was about to burst into pieces.

The guy had stumbled out of the Chateaux, into the forest. Unfortunately, everything after that was quite blurry.

'Sigh... it's all the harpy's fault,' Lucas decided, blaming everything on Fleur. Looking back, Lucas always felt progressively unwell after each of the training sessions.

It was to the point that he would always try to avoid Fleur.l, which would only make Fleur seek out Lucas more.

'Don't worry, previous Lucas. I will definitely punish that bitch in your place," he promised.

Recalling the scene of the rude but stunning girl in the bathrobe, Lucas' thoughts ran wild. 'She looks much different than the movie version...' He observed. That makes sense though. Where would the filmmakers in his previous world find a Veela? Fleur's face... it was something hard to replicate. And those two weapons of mass destruction... is that girl really only 17?

"Hm? Lucas? Are you keeping a wand in your pants? It's standing up straight!" While Lucas was lost in thoughts, Healer Gabrielle detected an anomaly in his body, causing him to jump.

....

Chapter 2

"Hm? Lucas? Are you keeping a wand in your pants? It's standing up straight!" Healer Gabrielle suddenly detected an anomaly, causing Lucas to jump.

Getting out of the bed, he quickly turned away from Gabrielle. 'Just great,' Thought Lucas. 'I got a hard on while playing doctor-doctor with a 12 year old girl.'

If anyone saw the situation, that's what they'd think. Who would tell them that the real culprit was a fully adult veela next room?

"Hey, Lucas! What kind of wand was that? I want to see it!" Said Gabrielle, bringing her hand towards his 'wand' once again.

Lucas knew that if the examination continued with him in this state and someone witnessed it, FBI would seem a better alternative than what punishment he would be given by the devils who are the mother and sister of this little chick.

"Ms. Gabrielle, I just recalled that I had an urgent task to deal with. I should be going." Making up an excuse, Lucas bailed from the room.

"Lucas! Wait! I wasn't done with my examination!"

Getting out of the room, he sighed. What the hell? It's barely only been two hours since he started living as Lucas and he's already having difficulties.

And after whatever had happened in the explosion, his body has not been in the most optimal conditions. Everything slightly ached and he felt quite drained.

'I need some rest,' he decided. 'And also something to eat.' he added, feeling quite hungry. He started going to the kitchen, but before he could make it far, he was interrupted yet again.

""Hey, Lucas~""

Lucas's feet paused upon hearing the two voices which were perfectly in sync, and his mind instantly recalled who they belonged to.

'Fuck…'

Turning around, he saw two girls in short french maid uniforms. They looked to be around Fleur's age, and most importantly, they looked identical.

'Ruby and Violet.'

Their names came to his mind. Yep, they were identical twins.

'Well, almost,' he thought, looking at their hair. One of them, Ruby, had red hair which was arranged in a bob cut, and Violet had long and straight violet hair that fell to her shoulder like a curtain.

Though these two maids made for quite an attractive view, they were a nightmare in Lucas's eyes. Because…

"Hey Lucas, why have you not done our share of chores?" Asked Ruby, glaring at Lucas.

Violet stretched lazily. "Do it already. We have to do our homework."

As she stretched, Lucas's eyes strayed towards her breast which had become more pronounced due to her action. 'Hm… another difference,' he observed.

Violet had bigger weapons (D cup) compared to Ruby (B cup).

With their orders given, the twin turned around as they began walking away, and looking at their swaying hips, Lucas couldn't help but observe that Ruby also had her strengths.

'Damn it… I'm getting distracted.'

Lucas cleared his throat. "I can't do it," he said, making the two stop dead in their tracks.

"What? Did you… say something?" Asked Ruby, her hand reaching for her wand while Violet just raised an eyebrow in interest.

Yep, that was the difference. Unlike the Squib Lucas, Ruby and Violet were witches. They were also taken in by the Delacours and got the opportunity to attend Beauxbatons with Fleur as her attendants. So, after receiving years of France's finest Magical Education, they inevitably disdain doing house chores, even though it's something that they can accomplish with a few waves of their wands.

Naturally, all the work is dumped on the squib Lucas, who didn't have the backbone to stand up for himself.

But not anymore.

"Yeah, you heard me. I'm not doing your work anymore," said Lucas calmly, looking Ruby right in the eyes.

'I need to be careful, but not to the point that even maids can keep treating me like a doormat,' decided Lucas firmly.

Ruby's pretty face became scary as her nostrils flared. "You little squib, have you lost your mind?" She demanded as she drew her wand looking to teach him a small lesson.

Violet tried to calm her sister but Lucas merely raised his eyebrows. "You wanna hex me? Go ahead. But don't forget, I have Gabrielle on my side. You know how protective she can be. And her tantrums..." Lucas shook his head, clicking his tongue.

Nothing to brag about, but Lucas might be Gabrielle's most priced 'possession' in the house. And the girls tantrums when her toys are damaged is the stuff of nightmares. So basically, if Ruby actually uses magic on Lucas, she is done for.

Ruby also understood it, as she slowly lowered her wand while gritting her teeth. Though, Violet looked at him curiously. "You've changed," she remarked.

Lucas shrugged. "It's only a start. But I won't be your sucker anymore."

Ruby flared up again while Violet looked at him like looking at him for the first time. "You really have changed."

"I don't think so. Hiding behind a 12 year old girl. That's just like you, Lucas," spat Ruby disdainfully, as Violet dragged her away.

'Damn it.' Looking at the retreating figure of the two girls, Lucas shook his head.

'This won't do,' he decided. He was currently feeling extremely annoyed for having to use a little girl as his shield against two witches who were trying to bully him. How pathetic is that?

Right this moment, Lucas decided that things are going to change. Either he climbs the ranks in this house until he is respected and treated fairly, or he leaves. No way is he going to say a pathetic servant like this.

He looked down at his body. He was quite skinny, with barely any muscles and he felt quite weak. Overall, if he saw this body from a third perspective, he looked like a gigolo or a pretty boy living off of women.

'But... isn't this... just amazing?' he thought. Someone else in his place might complain, since his body was weak and he apparently had no magic. But, Lucas really couldn't complain.

'No disease...' Joy flashed through his eyes. In his previous life, Lucas had the chronic illness of CVID or Common Variable Immunodeficiency. His life had been quite miserable. His body wouldn't gain strength no matter how hard he tried. He would always be skin and bones despite his best attempts, and he couldn't get involved much in physical activities since he got tired very quickly. He had struggled to survive each day, until at 19, his illness finally claimed his life and he died alone in a hospital room.

So, since he now had a fully functioning body and a fresh start, Lucas was already quite satisfied. Humming a jolly tune, Lucas went to the kitchen and quickly fixed himself a healthy supper from the ingredients present. It was quite weird that he suddenly had the cooking knowledge and skills which the previous Lucas guy had learnt in his training, but you wouldn't hear him complain. After stuffing his malnourished weak body with healthy food, Lucas went to his room and laid on the bed.

Now that he finally had some time to himself, Lucas processed his situation.

First of all, what is this body's previous owner's background? And how did he end up working at the Delacours?

This was a question he couldn't get an answer for. For some reason, all of Lucas's memories before coming to this mansion were wiped clean, he could only recall the things after he was just employed into the family. The memories before that have somehow been erased. Lucas decided to find out about this later.

The next question is, how many things in this world are different compared to the world described in those seven books?

Well, the first thing Lucas can recall would be Sebastian Delacour's death. Yes, Sebastian died not long after he had brought Lucas to this manor. In canon, both of Fleur's parents were alive as they had definitely attended her wedding.

Another change would be that Gabrielle was born much earlier compared to the series. These are the two changes he is able to observe right off the bat and they could be explained with Sebastian taking different actions compared to the canon or maybe due to Lucas's presence.

The rest of the changes, he would have to discover slowly with time. If one small change in the past can change so many things in the Delacour family, the other things he knows from the canon could also be quite different compared to how he remembers it. Lucas made a mental note to carefully note the differences between the worlds and also the current situation of this world.

But for now, the next and the most important question: How did the previous owner die?

Lucas's memories of this event were blurry. He could recall rushing through the woods while feeling unwell, but the rest of the things, he can't remember. Just an explosion.

Lucas yawned. The fatigue of this body was withstanding the explosion was too much, and he could stay awake for much longer.

'Oh well, let's just handle things as they come,' he decided, closing his eyes.

Determined to make something out of this new life, he quickly fell asleep.

....

"Lucas? Lucas! Wake up. The mistress is calling for you." Lucas woke up to a soft hand patting his cheek.

Opening his eyes, he saw that it was the head maid Vivienne. Her almond eyes looked down at him in worry and her long brown hair gently ticked his face.

Lucas jerked, startled to find himself with the unfamiliar situation of not being in the hospital, but his brain quickly caught up.

'Fuck yeah, I transmigrated.'

"Merde, you're finally awake. Are you unwell? You don't usually rest at this time," asked Vivienne, gentle putting a hand on his forehead.

"I... I'm fine." Lucas was a bit uncomfortable receiving her concern. He quickly rolled around to stand up on the other side of the bed.

Vivienne nodded, "That's good. Because the Mistress is calling for you."

'F*ck...'

Lucas's brows furrowed upon hearing that. The mistress, or the owner of this place, Madame Appoline Delacour was calling for him. To any other servant, this would be a great honour. But for Lucas, getting called by the mistress was the stuff of nightmares.

Vivienne also knew it, so she nodded sympathetically. "I know you are scared of her, but Lucas, Mistress Appoline is not a bad person. She just..."

'She just acts like a bitch in when dealing with me,' thought Lucas, not at all consoled by the headmaid"s words.

According to the memories, Appoline really did treat everyone in the manor quite well. Well, everyone except for Lucas, that is. For some unknown reason, she's always been abnormally harsh with him from the beginning.

Seeing his face paling, Vivienne sighed. "Lucas, should I tell the mistress that you are unwell?"

Lucas shook his head. "No thanks, Miss Fontaine. I'll go," he said looking down at his attire. It was thoroughly creased due to his sleep.

"Here, let me," said Vivienne, flicking her wand and suddenly, the creases on his clothes vanished, making them so clean and freshly pressed that they looked dry cleaned.

Lucas hid his fascination upon witnessing magic for the first time in his life. "Thanks, Miss Fontaine."

The Head maid Vivienne looked at him with a chastising gaze. "Lucas, how many times have I told you, you can just call me Vivienne. No need to be so formal."

Lucas shrugged. The previous owner respected the kind and warmhearted headmaid too much to call her by her name and Lucas felt uncomfortable being too familiar with her, so her just called her Miss Fontaine.

"Can't do, Miss Fontaine," said Lucas apologetically as he shuffled out of the room.

*Knock* *Knock*

"Enter." When Lucas knocked on the door, a cold female voice answered from inside. Even though the sweet was sweet and euphonic, but Lucas still felt a bit nervous as soon as he heard it, due to the memories and fears of the previous owner.

Opening the door, he saw a woman sitting behind the table, looking through several pieces of parchment. And upon seeing her, Lucas was lost for a moment.

Wavy Platinum blond hair that were arranged in elaborate brai kids. Two platinum locks framed both sides of a gorgeous face. And a demeanor that conveyed elegance and grace. Maybe because the previous owner never really dared to look at her properly, but Lucas couldn't recall Appoline's appearance being like this.

But he snapped out of his daze when her cold eyes looked at him indifferently.
"What have you been doing doing all day?"
