May split up the tier

I might split the tiers up.
One 2,50€ tier just for early access, HQ art and the monthly art package. No voting or anything.
And one 5€ tier that has everything the main tier has now + actually doing the request streams as like a sketch page. And in the future you all can vote for one of the sketches to be colored.
Thoughts?
