(Early Access) Zeppelin Boots
Added 2021-12-07 02:11:51 +0000 UTCHello, dear patrons! Today we begin another set-week... this time, the set's theme was decided by the rare and very rare membership bearers. They have chosen Steampunk! So we present to you the Harnessed Anomaly Set, beginning with the Zeppelin Boots:
"Over the skies of a ruined land, a set of floating cities is the only thing that has escaped destruction, all thanks to the sacrifices of those capable of designing magical contraptions capable of defying the laws of physics.
Connecting those mostly estranged cities, there are hundreds of Zeppelins forming the Fleet of Brass. They provide each city with what lacks it, bringing goods, people and animals from the other Floating Estates, flying between them by harnessing strange spatial anomalies that allow heavy objects to fly and fast travels.
Being so essential, the Fleet of Brass is easy target to criminals, monsters and the dregs of this deeply flawed society of survivors. Therefore, the mechanisms that keep it afloat are also put in the hands - and feet! - of those that guard it.
Being a Cable Guard is no easy task - as they're often suspended from the Zeppelins from long metal cables, usually held taut or free to fly only by the cables themselves and their Boots. They patrol the inside as well as the outside of the vehicles, always weary of those trying to board them mid-flight.
The anomalies they wield with such intimacy, though, can be dangerous, and mixing the boots' attracting and repelling properties can be a fatal mistake - or a saving grace.".
