It seems like she's tipsy off some sort of growth enhancing substance and has claimed the corner if 6th and 11th where the Bar Do Peixuxa is located as her own. Destroying it in the process.. This is a level 4 Threat but she doesn't seem to intend of hurting anybody, at least not on purpose.
Proceed with caution when asking about her shower services. I hear they're lovely.
