I have that issue too sometimes, you need sos schlong controller and this edited .esp https://drive.google.com/file/d/13O6veo6fA6lszT1e1eje-dxDFUOqlsgr/view?usp=sharing it adds an item called sos schlong shower that should make the peen show up
