MELODIC Soloing Vs. SHRED Soloing
Added 2024-08-21 16:38:40 +0000 UTCThis lesson is based off a super old YouTube video (way back from 2019!) where I composed this short piece to demonstrate how you can write both melodic and shred solos to be as equally effective.
Even though my playing was quite a bit sloppier back then (lots of lessons to be learned!) these are still some of my favorite licks I've ever recorded and thought it'd make for a fun lesson.

sounds great!!! The melodic solos are included in the guitar roadmap as a step to acheive "intermediate level". Is it just me or does this seem really hard for an aspiring intermidiate player such as myserlf... lol (like I said, it might be just me... lol) I might not have a correct unsderstanding of what an intermidiate player should be able to accomplish... but the solos are awesome none the less. ;)
