Now when she realized he was the recipient of a welfare check for self harm allegation medical professional should have been called. I think she believed his claims of self harm she got emotion talking to him realizing she wasn’t going to talk him down she put her humanity first

This dud got off easy he didn't even go to prison witch wouldn't have solved anything but I give the officers credit for staying calm and not yelling commands just normal talking gets you a lot further this guy definitely has mantel health issues but he can still start his life over more officers need to be as professional as these officers were they never even yelled commands just talked it out with him awesome work
