And so he tries, and apparently hit it off with someone during his trip, though that was pretty quick though ๐ I do think he still loves her, it's not just a highschool crush, but it has been a hopeless cause thus far. Very unexpected end of season indeed!

2024-12-19 00:31:45 +0000 UTCTrust me, we were all gagged! I just thank God every day that I was too young when the first seasons originally aired because waiting for 4 months must have been torture! It's good drama and excellent writing but also very frustrating for the viewers, especially the ones rooting for Ross and Rachel. Ross meeting this woman, starting a relationship and becoming so serious with her that he takes her back to the U.S. to meet his friends and sister all within a WEEK is insane. Also, the credit scene (or tag scene as they're called) in E23 is a little awkward because it's supposed to be that way, though I do think it's a little too long. Phoebe's comment about how lucky the baby is always makes me cry ๐ญ Fun facts: E23 was originally going to be the season finale but director James Burrows thought the viewers cared more about Ross and Rachel than the birth of Ross and Carol's baby. I love the birth episode but I think it was the right call. There is a funny blooper where Jennifer's skirt gets stuck in the door as Rachel is leaving for the airport. I do suggest at least watching the bloopers after each season or after you finish the show. Leah Remini, who plays the pregnant woman Joey helps, originally auditioned for the role of Monica. She was in another great sitcom called The King of Queens. For the last 10 years or so she has publicly spoken out against the "Church" of Scientology, which she was a member of from age 9 and left in 2013. She has released a book and produced an Emmy Award winning documentary series about it. Also, Alvin, Simon and Theodore are the Chipmunks from Alvin and the Chipmunks in case you don't know ๐ Can't wait for S2! It only gets better!
