It was pretty cool, both visually in the theater and because it was audience participation like you do at a sing-along presentation.

2025-03-18 09:16:06 +0000 UTCYay! So glad you're finally starting on this one as it really is the best in the series and so deserving of all the accolades it received. There are so many moments I hold onto from this film. The one I remember the most is the lighting of the beacons. My cousin told me a story about how his friend pulled out his lighter in the middle of a crowded theater during the lighting scene, which got a laugh from the audience once he lit it. And then one or two others pulled out their lighters in response to make it look like the beacons were being lit outside of the movie too. lol I wish I could have seen that. I tried to do it my theater on a third viewing, but no one took up the challenge and my crowd wasn't as full at that point. I still enjoyed it though.
