Vegas is so overpriced now. There was a time around 1999-2001 where I was going every 2 months because room rates were so good—sometimes $25 a night—and they had all these dining specials and buffets. Like some casinos had $5 breakfast buffets or like $8 steak dinners. All of this was because they figured they’d make it up by you wanting to gamble or splurge on like a poolside cabana or spa/massage treatment. Now it’s all catered to the rich where they don’t want the normal weekenders up from California. I haven’t been since 2012 because it’s just not an inexpensive weekend getaway now.

2025-10-11 20:20:12 +0000 UTCMy big complaint with Friends is often how they'll end relationships with the special guest characters. Because they only contract them for a specific amount of episodes, I find they often give them cop out reasons for breaking up. Like Pete wants to be an MMA fighter all of a suddenly, Danny suddenly has an incest thing with his sister, and now Pete shot a bird. And I get that because they have limited episodes they can't waste time setting up a breakup storyline like they did with Ross and Rachel or else that'd be like half of that guest character's episodes. But give them better reasons. Richard, Janice and Emily were all perfectly fine break up reasons. So its clear they could think up less random and wacky reasons. Though Emily they did give lots of set up to the break up to be fair.

How do you’d think she would be ok with you shooting a bird right in front of her?! That was just so out of pocket of him too, like why shoot the poor bird? The opening scene in the second episode is just too funny how they were just freaking her out with the whole eye thing, and the end with them all just tacking her lmao😂 Actually not many things grind my gears.like with ears and eyes I’m totally ok and used to it it gets so uncomfortable for me with teeth cleanings tho when they are scraping my teeth 😖, I’m ok with vomiting sounds, and most noises like chewing such although I’m uncomfortable with wet socks, my nails accidentally scratching on a rough surface, nails on a chalkboard sound though I think those are normal. My weird thing is uneven sensations, if I’m walking and I step on a tiny rock, I feel uncomfortable with the sensation only being on one foot. As I’m walking I’ll look for something similar to step on with the other foot. Same goes for cracks. If something brushes up against one arm I gotta make the same feeling on the other. So yeah I guess that’s my weird thing lmao.
