New Benifits (Introducing the Anti Vote)

New Voting System Benifits:
(Cosmic Patrons: Good guys) Currently all of y'all
Request new characters to put in the request polls
Vote for matchups in the request poll
(Galactic Patrons: Bad guys) Jane
Request for specific characters to be killed off
Vote for Requested match ups that you don't want to see (top two results would be eliminated from the request poll)
They can also vote on fight types that they dont want to see
so basically they get a counter vote for every poll.
