This math probably doesn't mean anything to you atm but its finally gonna allow me to deform specific body parts without the overall shape of the character getting deformed. In other words i can finally animate folks getting crushed without it looking goofy!!!!!
If you animate in sfm this might come in handy for you. If the parent bone is downscaled then the product of all its children along with its self is .1^(number of parent and child bones)
