Hahaha, hope it's not some slight to the gods to give 1 yen coins hahaha. Never seen a "coinstar" system here, but I wouldn't be surprised if something like that existed. -E

2022-10-01 08:05:39 +0000 UTCOur solution: as you probably know, there are places in Japan you can buy things, and there is just a little wooden box to drop coins into, and it runs on the honor system. They're frequently at shrines and temples. Well, when we are making one of those purchases, if it costs 100 yen, they do get their 100 yen, but we make it RAIN! We were wondering if you had found the Japanese version of a coinstar somewhere.
