I went with Hamilton because, I adore the musical, I adore Lin-Manuel Miranda, and there are some pretty awesome themes to be picked out from it.

Les Miz .. love “One Day More!” Been years since I’ve seen the movie with Hugh Jackman, though. I hear the London cast album in my brain when I think of it … Colm Wilkinson and Patti Lupone. Man the ensemble numbers though. I remember years ago when the touring company came to Salt Lake. My mother and I were BAWLING by the end of Act 1, and there were rivers of tears flowing down the aisles during “Bring Him Home.” There were tears of laughter when we saw “The Producers” and “Spam-a-Lot.” I’m not sure what Cinema Therapy could make out of The Producers (Zero Mostel) or Monty Python’s The Holy Grail. Gene Wilder and hysteria? The Black Knight and not giving up … Tis but a scratch! I can just see Alan and Jono’s outro on that one: Jono: I’m not dead! I feel happy! Alan: We’d better not risk a frontal assault … that rabbit is dynamite!” AND JUST WATCH MOVIES!

The Les Mis movie was trash, but not the worst musical re-creation. That might be fun too…. And Inception… dammit you see my indecisiveness LOL All of them sound great

We send a ping to all Patrons so they get notified when the episode suggestions open, that way you don't have to be active on Discord to know. We may change up how episode suggestions work in the coming months, so stay tuned. Discord ping notifications Click on the server name (Cinema Therapy) > Notification Settings > select "Only @ mentions." From there, you can enable push or desktop (or even email) notifications to see when you are pinged.
