I know this is a lot. I’m both sorry and you’re welcome. lol I was two classes away from a theology major before coming to the conclusion that it’s all just ancient bullshit.

2025-10-07 23:32:59 +0000 UTCOk…a small lesson in Abrahamic religions. There are three Abrahamic religions…Judaism (The Jews), Islam (The Muslims), and Christianity (take a wild guess). They are called Abrahamic religions because they all believe in the god of Abraham (Abraham was a character who revolutionized the idea of “a” god amongst “many gods” to the idea of one singular god in control of everything). All three major religions agree on this. The Jews have “The Torah” as their scripture. The Christians have The Torah as what they call “The Old Testament” of “The Bible” (The New Testament is the life and teachings of Jesus and his disciples). The Islamic faith (Muslims) use a small portion of the Jewish Torah, but believe that Muhammad is their ultimate prophet, or messiah (a messiah was prophecized in the ancient Jewish texts used by all three religions). Muslims use bits of the ancient scriptures shared amongst the three, but mostly look to “The Quran” as their scripture…the scriptures of Muhammad. Christians believe Jesus Christ is their ultimate messiah, but is actually god incarnate (not just a prophet). And the Jews believe that the messiah hasn’t yet been born. So, yes Dean, Jesus was a Jew. Both Christianity and Islam are off-shoots of Judaism. But Christians believe that he was “King of the Jews” (the spiritual “King of Kings…god incarnate), and the messiah from the Jewish prophecies. The Jews basically just disagree…believing that the messiah has yet to reveal himself…and that Jesus was a heretic. So, the funny thing about this is that it’s basically blasphemy for Larry (real life Larry, not only the character) to even play with the idea of Jesus Christ being the son of god. And if you haven’t picked up on it yet, the three major religions causing all the turmoil and havoc in the world today are all sibling religions fighting over who THE SAME “sky daddy” loves more.
